Megan Fox might not be that bad

I have never censored myself about the how much I don’t like Megan Fox. If anyone has sat with me and talked about her role in Transformers or a possible casting as Cassie Hack in the upcoming Hack/Slash, I have brutally and honestly lashed out about my complete lack of enjoyment of her on the screen.
However, with a new interview I simply glanced over, read the quick line and eventually had to fully engulf the entire interview, I might have to change my mind. When we see a pretty face on the screen our stereotypes kick in and we instantly think, “dumb.” But check out this tidbit of her interview discussing her thoughts on the High School Musical movies…
“Let me tell you what it’s really about. High School Musical is about this group of boys who are all being molested by the basketball coach, who is Zac Efron’s dad. It’s about them struggling to cope with this molestation. And they have these little girlfriends, who are their beards. Oh, and somehow there’s music involved. You have to get stoned and watch it.”
Now, I’m not saying she can suddenly act well because I side with her on her views, but she has been raised on my Junk-o-meter of cool factor. Just, please, Megan, don’t fuck up my favorite female comic book character.
